You agree to TAMALO Solutions having exclusivity to fill your vacancy for a specified period of time.

Involves an upfront payment, often split into stages. With our cashflow secured, we get to turn away all other work, putting your requirement right to the top of the list, and keep going until the job is done.
Contingent Recruitment
We get paid only after successfully placing a candidate (but you may have also briefed a number of other recruiters).

No upfront fees - Payment is made only upon successful placement.

Multiple recruiters may compete to fill the same role (Think of multiple bulls in a china shop, and most are blindfolded and panicking).
Candidates contacted multiple times by different headhunters can be put off from the role if the brief/ pitch is inconsistent or unprofessional.
You will have to arrange interviews/ feedback with multiple different recruiters.
The agreed Ts and Cs will likely vary across multiple recruiters, which can cause confusion.

Vacancy detail is the cornerstone of our success. The responsibilities, skill requirements and personal specifications of a job are of course important. Qualification and experience matter too. But if you want the best, not just someone to keep the ship on course, we need to talk about your employee value proposition. Why would a successful professional in a secure role, leave for your role?
Candidate protection
The professionals TAMALO Solutions source, are often nervous about releasing their CVs for risk of jeopardising their current role. Many understandably want tight control over their details. We never send a candidate’s CV’s anywhere without their express permission, and therefore request you also don’t forward or share any of the CVs we send you, with any other companies or 3rd parties, without agreement of TAMALO Solutions.
Prompt feedback
Impressions matter. Leaving candidates hanging risks not only eroding their interest in your job opportunity/ company, but also increases the chances of your competitors enticing them before you do. And, let’s be honest, we don’t like chasing, and you don’t like being chased.
Channelled candidate communication
All communications with candidates is to be expressly organised by TAMALO Solutions unless otherwise agreed by us.
Regular updates
If you’ve briefed us on a position, and the role has either changed, been cancelled or filled, please let us know immediately.
