Likewise…every year, in the January period, I’m inundated with enquiries from clients/ companies (old & new), looking to either kick start their recruitment plans for the year, or desperately fill the critical vacancies left by unexpected resignations.

The good/ great candidates in skilled/ niche disciplines are receiving multiple job offers in the current climate, and the waters can get somewhat muddy to say the least if you’re part of this bun fight.
