If success = happiness…

does happiness = success?

Bear with me, so, if your happiness kicks in at that single moment when you ‘successfully’ reach a major target (before immediately setting a new one)…..does that mean you were less than happy the rest of the time?

Goals are a great tool for progression,

but if you’re not enjoying the journey, and you’re just grinding until you reach your target…

…are you really living, or just existing for these fleeting moments of 'achievement'?

If you love the process, everything else often clicks into place!

A job doesn’t have to be something you just do on the days you’re not enjoying yourself.

Don't wait until you're in a bad spot/ dead end/ not hitting your goals before considering a change.

Perhaps a life of grinding or hustling isn’t the best way…despite what the glut of LinkedIn influencers and thought gurus would suggest.

Find a process you enjoy and happiness will follow.

In a highly candidate-driven market like this, there’s an abundance of opportunity to upgrade your career and start LOVING the journey.

Drop me a message now to book in a call to discuss what the market has for you (there are ALOT of options right now).
