Opportunities in 2023

Is there anything that your current employer could do to keep you?

Yes!?

What does the counter offer you’ve just admitted you’d accept, look like?

Now, have a conversation with your boss and ask for that…

(Might help if you try and put a convincing win-win case together, rather than barking demands)

This may be more money, more training, more responsibility, more variety, more flexibility, less/ more travelling, more creative freedom etc etc.

If you don’t walk away from this meeting WITH AT LEAST a clear and realistic road map of how to get the things that matter most to you in your job/ career……

….get that toe back in the water, and let's get your life upgraded!
