Recruitment that is.

Eggs, Flour, Butter, Sugar etc…

Easy!

...just have to acquire the know-how, experience, skills, specific tools and parts to build a functioning oven, then; feed the chickens, collect the eggs, cultivate the wheat, grind it to flour, milk the cow, churn it to butter, grow, harvest and process the sugar cain, mix it all together in very specific quantities and orders, pop it in the oven, for the right amount of time, at the right temperature……AND then sit there waiting for a power cut.

Sounds about right for recruitment.

With so many moving parts, many of which are out of our control, when things DO all click together nicely, it makes this job all the more satisfying!

A bit of back to work anxiety is normal….but for those of you dealing with some real dread these last few days…..life’s too short, and it doesn’t have to be that way.
